of Use.
Effective July 24, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing WordFox you agree to these terms. WordFox is operated by the WordFox team at Fabrik Media (wordfox@fabrikmedia.com).
2. License
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WordFox on Apple devices you own, for personal entertainment, per Apple's App Store terms.
3. WordFox Pro
An optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks additional game content. Not a subscription — it never renews. Payment is charged by Apple at the price shown in the app. Restore it on any device with the same Apple account via Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Fair play
No cheating, bug exploits, leaderboard tampering, reverse engineering, or unlawful use. We may remove fraudulent leaderboard entries.
5. Intellectual property
WordFox — including the fox characters, artwork, design, sounds, and code — is owned by us and protected by copyright.
6. Availability
We may update or discontinue features at any time. Word definitions come from a third-party dictionary service and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your consumer-law rights are unaffected.
8. Termination
These terms end automatically if you breach them; sections 5–7 survive.
